The Center for Professional Development (CPD) is an organization dedicated to helping people enhance their professional skills, especially in the areas of communication and leadership. We believe that learning is a life-long process and is critical to professional and personal success. Everyone, whether they are employees, managers, or leaders, needs to learn new skills and capabilities as well as build on the knowledge, skills and capabilities that they already have.

CPD's offerings include courses for business writing, technical and report writing, grammar, thinking on your feet, memory improvement, maximizing your mind, servant leadership, interpersonal skills, teambuilding, business ethics, persuasion, problem-solving, and software requirements analysis.

Our past and current clients include large and small companies, government agencies, and non-profit organizations.

The Center for Professional Development is based in Rochester, NY and has been in business for over 20 years.
